Earthquake then Hurricane Irene – Why? Just Breath – 1 min Meditation

I am currently at my brothers in Maryland and experienced the Earthquake on August 23, 2011
Now there is Hurricane Irene headed up the East Coast.
Being a Native of Florida I am use to the Hurricanes. Knowing is a key, the gift is using this key, staying calm & preparing.
The Earthquake, I had a taste of this when I was in college in California, experiencing the 1994 Northridge Earthquake.
Although none of this is pleasant, of what Mother Earth is reflecting,
one thing we do have control over is ourselves, as this is a simple truth to what one experiences.

I take a moment, centering myself, and ask myself these questions…

Am I Acting upon my Highest Potential at the present moment ? – OR -
Am I RE-Acting in a fearful state of consciousness at this present moment ?

These are my truths that come to mind, I wish that in sharing these to the world, they can awaken one’s highest potential, and ones divine light within to shine, Blessings to you and yours, Namaste’

Be Free of Fear, Only BELIEVE.
Fear is the opposite of Love, If One is in Love, One is without fear.
God, The Creator , shines Divine Light of Pure Un-Conditional Love.
Allowing One’s Crown Chakra to Open and Plugin to this Light.

1 MINUTE MEDITATION

BREATH IN through the nose
Breath in Holy Spirit’s Spiritual Essence, delivering
through one nostril, Divine Alpha Air to the brain, while
the other nostril delivers, Divine Alpha Air to the heart.

BREATH OUT through the mouth
Breathing out a Harmonic Equalibrium of Divinity
Bridging Unity between the emotions and the intellect
Manifesting into reality at the highest possible level, in the present moment.

JUST BREATH….
Breath in through the mouth
Breath out through the mouth
Open oneself to God
Plug In to the Light
The Christ Consciousness envelopes One’s Heart
Allowing Holy Spirit to guide the mind in True Faith
Trusting in this present moment, One is safe,
JUST BREATH

In the name of The Master of Light, Jesus Christ, Amen
