Cast your Fears to God in an E-mail
“Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.” – Psalm 55:22
When I asks God for help, when I pray for something that I am needing assistance with, one must at that time, cast this worry, with force, over to God. When a fear or worry comes into my mind I like to imagine it as an e-mail that I am getting, one of those annoying spam e-mails that no longer serves me. At that time, I imagine pressing forward, (with force, as casting implies this exertion) and choose God as the recipient. Then I press Send! Then it is out of my in-box (Current state of consciousness).
After I have e-mailed (released) this, If I am still thinking of this, feeling any fear, believing and or concern over the outcome, this concern is without being released…. true faith is without being present.
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith.” – 1 John 5:4
True Faith is trusting in God when there is no sound evidence.

Let go
Have True Faith
What’s the worst that could happen if you handed (e-mailed) it over to God?
Is worrying going to bring you any Peace or Joy?
Think about it, and write back, let me know your thoughts.
