This is a great comfort to hear, as when we realize there is something that we need to change, it can feel very heavy. Often not being able to comprehend how this is going to take place. It may appear that we are doing everything alone, however there is the light of God to work with. When something happens to trigger you into and take you out of your comfort zone, knowing this needs to change, Perfect…this acknowledgement is your job. Picture it as the uprooting of a weed in your garden of life, then visualize filling this whole area with light. Be without allowing your faith in the light to waiver, if worry comes up, fill with light and allow it to be transmuted! All the best
